EasyNif prepares and files Portuguese NIF applications on your behalf and, where your plan includes it, arranges fiscal representation for the stated period. The specific inclusions of your plan are shown on the plan itself at the time you order.
EasyNif is not a law firm, an accountancy practice, or a government body. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or immigration advice.
Turnaround times shown on our plans are estimates for the work we control. The NIF itself is issued by the Portuguese tax authority, and its processing times are outside our control. Delays caused by incomplete documents, or by the tax authority's own workload, do not constitute a failure to deliver.
Prices are shown in euro on the plan you select and are payable before we file your application. Where a discounted price is displayed, it is the price actually charged.
You may cancel before we file your application and receive a refund of the service fee. Once an application has been filed with the tax authority, the work has been performed and the fee is no longer refundable. A NIF application cannot be rejected on the basis of nationality, so a valid application supported by valid documents will be processed.
Our liability in connection with a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for consequential losses, including missed visa, lease, or bank-account deadlines, where the delay arises from the tax authority or from documents supplied late or incorrectly.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date of your order. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
