We handle Portuguese NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) applications on behalf of clients who are not in Portugal. That covers preparing the submission, acting as or arranging a fiscal representative where the law requires one, and delivering the official confirmation issued by the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (Finanças).
Everything happens online. You upload your passport and proof of address through an encrypted form, we prepare and file the application, and you receive your number together with the official PDF from Finanças.
We are not a law firm and we do not give tax advice. We prepare and file NIF applications, and we tell you plainly when a question is outside our scope and belongs with a lawyer or accountant.
Our team answers in English, Persian (Farsi), and Portuguese, over email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. A large share of our clients are Iranian nationals applying from Iran or from a third country, which is why our Persian-language guides go into more detail than most.
